Industrial Braided Cable

POLYCAB INDUSTRIAL SCREENED CABLE GENERALLY CONFIRMING TO IEC 60227-7 STANDARD.

These are low voltage cable of 300/500 V, 450/750 V grade and suitable to use in plant engineering, industrial machineries, heating and air conditioning system, conveyor transport system where EMC (electromagnetic compatibility) is prime importance. These cables are available with thermoplastic insulation compound having temperature rating of 70° C.

Technical Specification:

Conductor: High conductivity annealed plain stranded copper conductor produced in-house from state- of-the art Contirod line.
Insulation: In-house developed high insulation resistance cross-linked polyethylene thermoset insulation or halogen free cross linked compound.
Covering: In case of multicore cable an extruded layer of synthetic polymeric material suitable with cable operating temperature.

Sheath: Sheathing is provided with specially formulated transparent PVC compound to facilitate mechanical abrasion while in use.
Polycab assures the highest quality standard in every product by having stringent quality control with requisite testing which are applied at every single stage from raw material to finished goods.
The construction is based on the application and requirement of the user against IEC 60227-7.
